Prepare the dough:
Heat the milk, water, sugar, salt and butter in a saucepan until the butter is completely dissolved.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and add all the flour. Mix thoroughly until the dough forms a dough.
Return the pan to the heat and cook for a few minutes, stirring constantly, until the mixture begins to pull away from the sides of the pan.
Let it cool slightly, then gradually add the eggs, beating well after each addition, until the mixture is smooth and even.
