Super crispy chicken strips in nacho breading

Ingredients (for 3-4 servings):
✅ 2 chicken fillets
✅ 1 egg
✅ 2 tablespoons milk
✅ 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
✅ 1/2 teaspoon salt
✅ 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
✅ 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
✅ 1/4 teaspoon pepper
✅ approx. 100 g nachos (preferably classic, plain)
✅ oil for frying (e.g., rapeseed)
Preparation:
1. Clean the fillets and cut into thin strips.
2. Whisk the egg and milk in a bowl.
3. Finely crush the nachos (e.g., in a bag using a rolling pin). Transfer to a bowl. 4️⃣ Mix the flour with salt, paprika, pepper, and garlic.
5️⃣ Coat each chicken piece successively in the flour, egg, and crumbled nachos.
6️⃣ Fry in hot oil until golden brown on both sides (about 2-3 minutes per side).
7️⃣ Drain on a paper towel and serve with your favorite dip – garlic, yogurt, or spicy cheese sauce are great!
