I’ve been using my air fryer for all sorts of recipes, from Crispy Garlic Chicken and Bacon & Cheese Egg Cups to tasty veggie sides like Roasted Ranch Radishes. But this Keto  Vanilla Berry Pavlova was my first attempt at an air-fried dessert. Compared to traditional oven-baked Pavlova, the air fryer version was quicker, and the browning was beautifully even. I can’t wait to experiment with more air fryer desserts and share them with you!

Tips for Making the Perfect Keto Pavlova

  • This dessert is naturally nut-free and can easily be made dairy-free by swapping out  dairy cream for coconut cream or yogurt.
  • Don’t waste the egg yolks! Use them to make homemade Garlic Mayonnaise or Lemon Curd—both are perfect keto-friendly additions to your kitchen.
