SPONGE CHOCOLATE CAKE

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs

  • 130g sugar

  • 70g vegetable oil

  • 170g flour

  • 40g cocoa

  • 3g baking soda

  • 3g baking powder

  • 130ml boiling water

  • 30g walnuts (to grind)

  • 85g dark chocolate

  • 85g hot cream

Instructions:

  1. Beat the eggs with sugar and oil.

  2. Separately, mix flour, cocoa, baking soda and baking powder.

  3. Add to the eggs and mix, finally add the boiling water.

  4. Pour the mixture into the mold and bake at 170°C-180°C (340°F-350°F) for 40-50 minutes.

  5. Melt the chocolate in the hot cream and add the chopped walnuts.

  6. Decorate the cake with the chocolate mixture and serve.

  7. Enjoy your sponge chocolate cake!
