More on the next page. Bring 1/2 liter of apple juice to the boil. Add the cream powder according to the instructions on the package. Use apple juice instead of water. Add the cooked apples and cook until the mixture thickens. The consistency should be sticky.
Pour the apple and cream mixture over the baked crust, spreading it evenly and bake for another 5 minutes.
Prepare the cream:
Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks. Beat the egg whites until stiff.
Mix the egg yolks, cream and sugar. Carefully fold in the beaten egg whites.
Spread the cream evenly over the partially baked crust and bake until golden brown.
Finish and serve:
