Soft apple pie

For the dough:

2 eggs
125 g sugar
100 g butter
100 g flour
1 tsp baking powder
For the filling:

750 g apples (Cox Orange variety)
2 bags of sour cream powder
0.5 liter (2 dl) apple juice (to cook the apples and make the cream)
For the pudding:

3 eggs, separated
1 dl crème fraiche
5 tbsp sugar

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (175 °C).
Prepare the dough:
Mix the eggs, sugar, softened butter, flour and baking powder in a bowl. Then knead the dough.
Pour the dough into the cake tin and bake for approx. 20 minutes until set. Prepare the filling:
Peel and core the apples and cook them in a little apple juice until soft. Pour the water into a colander.
