Soft apple pie
Ingredients:
For the dough:
2 eggs
125 g sugar
100 g butter
100 g flour
1 tsp baking powder
For the filling:
750 g apples (Cox Orange variety)
2 bags of sour cream powder
0.5 liter (2 dl) apple juice (to cook the apples and make the cream)
For the cream:
3 separated eggs
1 dl crème fraiche
5 tbsp sugar
