Caramel Pecan Dream Bars Recipe
Ingredients
For the Crust:

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/4 tsp salt
For the Caramel Pecan Layer:

1 1/2 cups brown sugar (packed)
-
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
-
1/4 cup heavy cream (or evaporated milk)
-
1/4 cup corn syrup (optional)
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
1/4 tsp salt
-
2 cups chopped pecans
Instructions
Make the Crust:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine flour, butter, powdered sugar, and salt in a bowl. Mix until crumbly and press into a greased 9×13-inch pan. Bake 15–18 minutes until edges are lightly golden. Cool slightly.
