Peanut Butter No-Bake Bars Recipe

Makes 16–20 bars

Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 10–12 graham crackers, crushed)

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

For the Peanut Butter Layer:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

For the Chocolate Topping:

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

Optional Add-Ins:

  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts (for extra crunch)

  • 1/4 cup Reese's Pieces (for added flair)

Instructions

Step 1: Make the Crust

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of an 8x8-inch baking pan lined with parchment paper or lightly greased. Use the back of a spoon or your hands to press it down firmly.
