- 250 g butter (cold, diced)

- 100 g powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- a pinch of salt

- 1 kg of apples (preferably sour ones, e.g. Antonovka or Grey Renetta)
- 100 g sugar (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of potato flour (optional, to make the filling thicker)
