Ingredients:
Pizza Dough:
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp active dry yeast
1 cup warm water (110°F/45°C)
1 tbsp olive oil
Pizza Sauce:
1 cup pizza sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Toppings:
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup sliced pepperoni
1 small red bell pepper, sliced
1 small green bell pepper, sliced
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions:
Make the Pizza Dough:
In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Stir until the yeast dissolves and let it sit for 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy.
In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil, then stir until a dough forms.
