For the Dough:

1 cup (240ml) warm milk

For the Crosses:

½ cup (60g) flour

⅓ cup (80ml) water
For the Glaze:

⅓ cup (80g) apricot jam (or honey), warmed and strained

Mix Dough – Whisk flour, cocoa powder, sugar, yeast, and salt in a large bowl. In another bowl, whisk warm milk, eggs, and vanilla. Combine wet and dry ingredients until rough dough forms.
