Easy Juicy Cheeseburgers

Juicy, flavor-packed cheeseburgers with melted cheese and caramelized onions on soft toasted buns. These gourmet-style burgers are perfect for any meal and guaranteed to disappear fast!

Ingredients

For the Burgers:

  • 2 lbs ground beef (80/20 blend works best)

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

  • 6-8 slices American or cheddar cheese

  • 6-8 hamburger buns, toasted

For the Caramelized Onions:

  • 2 large onions, thinly sliced

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 teaspoon sugar (optional, helps caramelize)

Optional Toppings:

  • Lettuce

  • Tomato slices

  • Pickles

  • Mustard, ketchup, mayo

Instructions

  1. Make Caramelized Onions – Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced onions, salt, pepper, and sugar. Cook 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and caramelized. Set aside.
