Crunchy Fried Spring Rolls

  • Add carrots & cabbage and cook 3–4 mins until slightly soft.

  • Add shredded chicken, soy sauce, pepper, paprika, turmeric & salt.

  • Mix well, cook 2 mins, then remove from heat and let cool completely.

  • Roll the Spring Rolls

    • Place a sheet on a flat surface (corner facing you like a diamond shape).

    • Add 2 tbsp of filling near the bottom corner.

    • Fold the bottom corner over the filling, fold sides inward, and roll tightly.

    • Brush end with egg to seal.

  • Deep Fry

    • Heat oil on medium.

    • Fry rolls until golden brown and crispy (about 3–5 mins).

    • Drain on paper towel.


  • 🍋 To Serve

    Serve with lime wedges and your favorite dip:

    • Sweet chili sauce

    • Garlic mayo

    • Spicy ketchup
