Crispy Fried Spring Rolls (Restaurant-Style)

Super crunchy on the outside, juicy and flavorful inside – perfect for parties or snacks!

Ingredients (makes 12–14 rolls)

For the Filling

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 cup shredded carrots

  • 1 cup shredded cabbage

  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken (or beef / veggies only)

  • 1 tsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp turmeric (optional, for color)

  • Salt to taste

To Assemble

  • Spring roll sheets (12–14)

  • 1 egg (for sealing)

  • Oil for deep frying
