Step 1: Make the Crust
In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until the texture resembles wet sand. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
Place the crust in the freezer while you make the filling (about 10–15 minutes).
Step 2: Prepare the Filling
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Gradually add in the sweetened condensed milk, beating until creamy and well combined. Add the lemonade concentrate and vanilla extract. Beat again until the mixture is smooth and thick.

Step 3: Assemble the Pie
Pour the lemon filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top with a spatula. Cover the pie with plastic wrap or foil.
