Cream Cheese Cake

Ingredients

For the  Graham Cracker Crust:

· 1 ½ cups (150g)  graham cracker crumbs
· ¼ cup (50g)  granulated sugar
· 6 tablespoons (85g) unsalted butter, melted

For the Cream Cheese Filling:

· 24 ounces (678g) full-fat cream cheese, at room temperature
· 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
· 1 cup (240g) full-fat sour cream, at room temperature
· 3 large eggs, at room temperature
· 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
· 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour (helps stabilize the filling)
· ¼ teaspoon salt
