Ingredients
For the Chocolate Cake:

¾ cup (95g) all-purpose flour

¼ cup (25g) unsweetened cocoa powder

1 teaspoon baking powder

¼ teaspoon salt

4 large eggs
-
¾ cup (150g) granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons milk
For the Whipped Cream Filling:

1 cup (240ml) heavy whipping cream
-
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
-
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Chocolate Ganache (Optional but Recommended):

½ cup (120ml) heavy cream
-
100g (3.5 oz) dark chocolate, chopped
Instructions
Make the Cake:

Preheat & prep – Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 10x15 inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it. This prevents sticking.
