For the Batter:

2½ cups (300g) all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

1 cup (230g) unsalted butter, softened to room temperature

1ÂĽ cups (250g) sugar

4 large eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Âľ cup (180ml) milk (whole or 2%)
For the Chocolate Swirl:

3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
-
2 tablespoons hot water
For Finishing:

Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Melted chocolate (for drizzling, optional)
Instructions

Preheat & prep – Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Generously grease and flour a Bundt pan (seriously, get into all the nooks). A little extra flour prevents sticking.
