Ingredients

For the Batter:

  • 2½ cups (300g) all-purpose flour

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup (230g) unsalted butter, softened to room temperature

  • 1ÂĽ cups (250g) sugar

  • 4 large eggs

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • Âľ cup (180ml) milk (whole or 2%)

For the Chocolate Swirl:

  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 2 tablespoons hot water

For Finishing:

  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

  • Melted chocolate (for drizzling, optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat & prep – Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Generously grease and flour a Bundt pan (seriously, get into all the nooks). A little extra flour prevents sticking.
