Dubai Chocolate Bar

For the Base Layer:

For the Crispy Layer:

1 tablespoon butter, melted
For the Pistachio Paste Filling:

1 cup roasted salted pistachios (or hazelnuts)

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon oil

Pinch of salt
For the Chocolate Mousse Layer:

¾ cup (180ml) heavy cream

4 oz (115g) milk chocolate, chopped

2 tablespoons butter
