Ingredients (3 items ONLY)

  • 3 large eggs (separated — whites and yolks)

  • 4 oz white chocolate chips (Nestle melts easiest)

  • 4 oz full-fat cream cheese (softened to room temp)

For Baking:

  • Parchment paper

  • A 9-inch round cake pan


Instructions

  1. Prep – Preheat oven to 325°F. Line your cake pan with parchment paper on the bottom and sides (this makes cleanup SO easy). Set up a water bath by putting your cake pan inside a bigger roasting pan.
